Fly Fishers International has the following fly casting instructor certifications:
- Certified Casting Instructor (CI)
- Master Casting Instructor (MCI)
- Single Handed Examiner Level 1 (SHEL1)
- Single Handed Examiner Level 2 (SHEL2)
- Two Hand Casting Instructor (THCI)
- Two Hand Master Casting Instructor (MTHCI)
In addition, Master Casting Instructors can qualify to become an examiner through the Examiner Development Pathway. Examiners administer instructor certification exams. They are trained to do so in a professional, courteous manner and to be objective when evaluating candidates strictly on the standards for each level of certification.
